Objective:
Be the first player to move all your tokens from the starting area to the home area by following the path around the board.
General Rules:
-
Setup:
- Ludo can be played by 2-4 players.
- Each player has 4 tokens of the same color.
- Tokens start in the player’s base and are moved to the board when a player rolls a 6.
-
Game Play:
- Players take turns rolling a die.
- To move a token out of the base onto the starting point, you must roll a 6.
- After entering the board, tokens move along the path according to the die roll.
- Rolling a 6 grants an extra turn.
-
Capturing Tokens:
- If a token lands on a space occupied by another player's token, the latter is sent back to its base.
- A token on a safe space (marked with a star) cannot be captured.
-
Reaching Home:
- Tokens must reach the home area by an exact roll.
- The first player to move all their tokens to the home area wins.
